Empowering students to succeed
Leweston Sixth Form delivers outstanding academic results through personalised teaching, small class sizes, and expert support. Our small classes and specialist teachers enable personalised learning, while our broad curriculum—offering over 20 A Level and BTEC courses—caters to diverse interests and ambitions. With our new Equine Management BTEC launching in September 2024, students benefit from unique pathways and real-world skills. Our results speak for themselves: in August 2024, over one-third of A Level entries were graded A* or A, and 75% of EPQ results were A*–A. Many go on to top universities and conservatoires, with a strong track record of A* and A grades across a wide range of subjects.

Personalised Support & Exceptional Careers Guidance
Every Sixth Former at Leweston receives individual attention through our strong pastoral system, including personal tutors, a dedicated Head of Sixth Form, and expert Careers Advisor. Our careers programme—shortlisted for the Independent School of the Year for Careers Support—includes UCAS prep, employer engagement, mock interviews, and access to alumnae networks. From Oxbridge preparation to apprenticeships and bespoke university support, we ensure students find and follow their ideal pathway. Our alumni progress to top universities and prestigious careers, often with scholarships and unconditional offers.
Leadership, Enrichment & Community Involvement
Leweston’s LEaD (Enrichment and Development) programme immerses students in a vibrant community. Sixth Formers take on key leadership roles as Prefects, House Captains, and Subject Ambassadors, gaining confidence and real-world skills. Weekly enrichment includes community service, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and sports. Our culture fosters respect, service, and social responsibility. Students leave Leweston ready to lead, thrive, and contribute to their communities.
