Meet Miss Blundell

A passionate and experienced Early Years educator, with a strong foundation in traditional and creative teaching methodologies, Miss Blundell has an in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum, excelling in creating dynamic, play-based learning environments that foster holistic development.

Miss Blundell has a Masters in Theatre for Young Audiences and her knowledge and experience in music, theatre and drama enriches her teaching, making learning imaginative and engaging.

As the Head of Early Years at Leweston, Miss Blundell teaches the Reception class and oversees the teaching and learning across Stepping Stones and Reception, ensuring that every child gets the best possible start to their early schooling, and benefits from a modern, forward-thinking curriculum.
